A Huge Success at CSUEB Science in the Park! 💜
On Saturday, October 3, Plantify teamed up with Casa Sanchez Foods and Norfolk Healthy Produce to officially debut the ‘Seed to Salsa’ initiative at California State University, East Bay.
The community response was overwhelming! Our team served over 930 individual tastings of fresh, high-antioxidant Purple Tomato Salsa and welcomed hundreds more visitors to our booth for hands-on discussions about plant genetics, urban agriculture, and modern food systems.
We are deeply grateful to CSUEB, the event organizers, our incredible partners, and every community member who stopped by to taste, learn, and engage. Seeing Linda Renteria Sanchez’s vision come to life in such a vibrant way made this debut truly unforgettable.
